RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Once the item is received and approved, a store credit will be issued
• Store credit can be used toward any available item on the site
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Item must have all original tags attached
• Item must show no signs of wear (including odors, stains, or alterations)
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to sender.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit only.
Due to the limited, one-of-one nature of each FE BROWNE piece, refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.
